Color Shelf tag print system
TOSHIBA TEC has two color printers that can be used for shelf tag printing.
The following is example of an installation.
On receiving product
orders color shelf tags are printed. These tags standout among other wholesale
dealers plain tags.

Purpose of the installation
In the past shelf tags were printed from the ordered data. these were
then delivered with commodities to the stores. However, there was one
problem that the images of the shelf tags were similar to those of other
wholesale dealers. The reason was that the shelf tags were printed in
one color (Ex. black) using a bar code printer. To counter this they installed
the this store shelf tag print system with the aim of outshining the other
wholesale dealers with the use of color.
Effect
The products of the wholesaler easily stand out on shelf with similar
goods. Styles and colors can easily be changed for promotions Etc.
