Background & Purpose
- This Company is
the biggest beer manufacturer in their country.
- The Company has
around 3,800 sales routes in the country. Each route consists of one
salesman, one truck driver, one carrier and one patrolman. They visit
at 35 to 100 retail stores per day to sell the merchandise carried on
their trucks.
- When looking for
a new system the following items had to be improved.
- To have a better
detail of the customer data especialy for Sales Activity.
- Speed up the
efficiency of the current operation.
