Fixed Property and Fixtures Control System (Asset Tracking)

TOSHIBA TEC has a range of monochrome printers ideal for use in Asset Tracking. The following is example of an installation.

Label Sample

Recommended printers: B372, B572, B452 or B482 .

Recommended code:Barcodes, 2D codes

Recommended ribbon: Wax or Wax-resin

Recommended paper: Mat coated paper (TT)


Problems and issues of the past:

As parts get smaller, it is more difficult to control in the field.
It takes great pains to control a great deal of parts.
Need to physically check records of fixtures in the field

Effect of two-dimensional code system:

It is possible to find out where fixtures are swiftly.
Auto Recognition (scanning) can be done for even tiny fixtures using 2D codes.
It is possible to check fixture data without referring to the data base.
Duplicated checks can be gotten rid off.
