Under the principle of "Customer and Quality First", the Ohito Business Center pursues thoroughgoing quality assurance activities in the planning, design, mass-production, shipment, and after-sale services. Products are subjected to severe testing, and only products that withstand every test are placed on the market. In recognition of these untiring efforts, the Center received certification of ISO9002, the international standard for quality assurance. The Center was also accredited with ISO14001, the international standard for environmental management systems, evaluating environmental preservation actions such as complete abolition of the CFC gas. In addition, the Center is aiming at producing user-friendly and environmental friendly products, and is rigorously pursuing higher reliability and quality in all products and systems to ensure customer satisfaction.

Highest level of quality management through rigorous testing:
Our products are shipped only after double and triple testing and rigorous checks at each production stage. Especially, new products are tested under severe conditions starting at the phototype stage, and only those products that totally satisfy us ever reach the market.
Note) Domestic production centers (Ohito, Yanagi-cho, Mishima and Hadano) and overseas production centers (Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia) have all received certification for the international quality assurance stardards ISO9001 and ISO9002.

TOSHIBA TEC has achieved among the highest technology and latest facilities globally in such areas as polishing and cutting technology and metal molding technology. We internally manufacture the key components of our products such as small precision motors and PCBs.
